The GCP-1t flow head is designed to cooperate with controllers used for making continuous measurements of conductivity in distilled water, tap water, and waste water in pipelines.
The standard diameter of the head is 50 mm.
In the head a combined conductivity cell with temperature sensor and preamplifier are mounted.
In our offer we have two kinds of heads which differ in measuring ranges:
1. 0 mS/cm ÷ 1000 mS/cm for measurements in sewage, waste water, etc (resolution 1 mS/cm),
2. 0 μS/cm ÷ 9999 μS/cm for clean water.
The conductivity sensor is equipped with stainless steel electrodes.
Periodical calibration is simple and proceeds after screwing out the sensor from the head.
The head is glued into the pipeline made of PVC. In case of a steel pipelines, the sensor can be mounted using additional equipment in a special part with thread prepared and welded according to our project.
The head cooperates exclusively with the meters of 800 series. The signal is amplified by a preamplifier integrated with the cell.
There is a possibility of wireless data transmission to the controller.
